We are committed to ensuring that all pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) have full access to a broad, balanced and engaging curriculum. We believe every child has the right to achieve their full potential and to participate fully in school life. We make our curriculum accessible by:

Adapting teaching and learning to meet individual needs through differentiated planning, targeted support, and appropriate resources.
Using a range of teaching approaches to cater for different learning styles.
Providing additional adult support, interventions, and specialist input where needed, in line with pupils’ individual support plans or Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Making reasonable adjustments to the learning environment, equipment, and materials to remove barriers to learning and participation.
Working closely with parents, carers, and outside professionals to ensure a coordinated approach that supports each child’s progress and wellbeing.
Promoting an inclusive ethos, where all pupils are valued, differences are respected, and diversity is celebrated.
